Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by letter sent by post or by email:

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. Dispatching the notice in time is sufficient to meet the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance only if you expressly agreed before performance began that we may start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed your awareness that the right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed.
