Who are the live plans for?

Gold All-rounder is the standard recommendation for typical SMPs with plugins and active friend groups. Iron fits smaller groups, while Diamond and Netherite fit higher demands. Small modded setups are possible; please ask first for large modpacks or creator projects.

What happens after payment?

Stripe confirms the payment, the worker provisions your server automatically in Pterodactyl, and then you receive the access details by email. The server appears in the dashboard as soon as it is ready.

How does the runtime work?

Servers run on a prepaid basis. Shortly before expiry, you can extend them in the dashboard. After expiry, the server remains visible during the grace period so you still have time to react.

Are backups included?

Yes. All live plans include backup slots. You can create and manage backups in the dashboard. Before risky plugin or mod changes, a manual backup is recommended.

Can I use my own address?

You can set a free Daronlo subdomain in the dashboard. Custom domains are generally possible, but at the moment they need a quick confirmation through support first.

What should I do if I have lag or other issues?

Check player count, view distance, plugins, and logs first. If you are unsure, send a request with the server name, time of the issue, and what changed last.

Where can I find invoices?

Invoices are generated through Stripe and shown in the customer area as soon as they are available for the payment.
